A romantic date in royal Vilnius

Romantic, sexy, full of intrigue, lush and slightly dark – that’s how we might describe the royal romance of 16th-century Vilnius. You’ve probably already realised that we’re talking about the love between Sigismund Augustus and Barbara Radziwiłł, which over the years has become Lithuania’s own Romeo and Juliet story.

This unique story inspired the startup “Slapta meilė,” whose goal is to help people discover traces of love in the capital. It’s like a breath of historic Vilnius, offering the freedom to step back in time, discover, explore, and fall in love all over again.
